The location was prime, with everything within walking distance. The rooftop and free coffee were highlights. The room was clean and cozy, but not soundproof. A bit disappointed with the lack of daily cleaning service and room noise. Overall, a great experience in NYC.

Just stayed at a hotel right near Central station in NYC. LOVED the balcony view of Lexington Ave. Would stay again. Staff could be friendlier than in photos.

What a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location is unbeatable, just steps away from Grand Central and within walking distance to iconic NYC landmarks like Rockefeller Center, Times Square, and 5th Avenue. the room was spacious and clean, equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. Shoutout to the doorman and the front desk staff for their excellent service and hospitality.

On some days, the housekeeping service couldn't attend to our room due to their busy schedule. It would be great if they could improve their housekeeping efficiency to ensure consistent service for guests throughout their stay.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, I loved it. The room I booked was compact and brand-new with heating, an amazing view, enclosed outside patio.

Everything was simply good. Accommodation was cozy and immaculately clean, rooms where fashionable. The hotel had a very central location and it was easy walk to an Art Deco skyscraper. The continental breakfast had lots of choices.

The local joints like *Davios Northern Italian Steakhouse* and *GRK Fresh Greek* offer a feast fit for a New York foodie. The dining scene around here is as flavorful as the city itself.

Maybe the breakfast buzz wasn't as vibrant as the city streets below. Waiting for breakfast delivery felt longer than a New York minute.

And yeah, the AC in the room was a bit wonky, but nothing worth making a fuss about.
